Refunds and Returns Policy
Effective date: October 3, 2026
This policy describes general return and refund rules for books, digital resources, courses, event registrations, and donations associated with Raeni Bankole Ministries Inc. (“the Ministry”). If a purchase or event registration includes more specific terms, those terms will be shown before the transaction and apply to that transaction to the extent permitted by law.
Current payment status: The website lists books and displays WooCommerce cart and checkout pages, but no online payment gateway is enabled. Online card or bank payments and online donations are not currently available on the site. The Ministry plans to use Stripe for online payments, but Stripe is not active on this site. This policy applies to Stripe payments only if and when that payment option is activated and the transaction is completed through the site. Please do not send card or bank details by email or through a contact form.
Physical books
For a change-of-mind return, contact us within 30 days after delivery and wait for return instructions before sending anything. Books must be unused, unmarked, undamaged, and in their original packaging where applicable. Return postage for a change-of-mind return is the purchaser’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless required by law.
If a book arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery if possible. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review the request and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund. The Ministry will cover reasonable return postage for an item that was sent incorrectly or arrived damaged, subject to applicable law.
Digital products and course access
If a paid digital download or course is offered, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not downloaded the file or accessed the course materials. Once digital access or download has begun, the purchase is generally non-refundable, except where the material is materially defective, the Ministry cannot provide the purchased access, or applicable law requires a refund. Academy registration is currently handled by inquiry; any course-specific fee, access, or cancellation terms will be shown before enrollment.
Events and registrations
If a paid event registration is offered, a cancellation request received at least 7 days before the event start time is eligible for a refund. Requests received later are generally non-refundable, although a transfer may be offered if space and event arrangements allow. If the Ministry cancels an event, we will offer a refund of the registration fee or a transfer to a rescheduled event. Any different event-specific cancellation terms will be displayed before registration and will govern that event.
Donations
Donations are voluntary gifts, not purchases. The Give Online page currently provides a way to request giving information but does not process donations online. The Ministry plans to use Stripe for online payments, but online giving through Stripe is not currently active. If an online giving option is later enabled, duplicate, mistaken, or unauthorized donation requests should be sent within 30 days with the date, amount, and transaction reference if available. We will review the request and correct confirmed processing errors or unauthorized transactions where appropriate and as required by law. Other donation refund requests are reviewed individually; a gift is not automatically refundable.
The Ministry has not confirmed tax-deductible status on this website. Do not assume a donation is tax-deductible. Contact the Ministry for written information before claiming a tax benefit.
How to request a return or refund
Email nehemiahtroop@gmail.com with “Return or Refund Request” in the subject line. Include your name, order or registration number if applicable, the item or event, the date and reason for the request, and any relevant photos. Do not mail an item before receiving instructions. We will confirm whether the request is approved and explain the next steps.
Refund processing and legal rights
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where available. If a payment was processed through Stripe after Stripe is enabled, the Ministry will submit an approved refund through the payment integration to the original method where available. The card issuer, bank, or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit, and timing can vary. If the original method cannot be used, the Ministry will contact you to agree on an appropriate alternative. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
