Information you provide
When you contact the Ministry or use a ministry form, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, church or organization, and the message you submit. This may include an inquiry about prayer, a testimony, an event, an invitation for Pastor Raeni, or Believers Academy. Please share only information needed for your request. Do not send payment-card or bank-account details through a form or email.
If you create a store account or place an order, WordPress and WooCommerce may collect account and order information such as your name, email, phone number, billing or delivery address, items ordered, and order history. As of this policy’s effective date, no online payment gateway is enabled, so we do not accept card or bank payments through this site yet. The Ministry plans to use Stripe for online payments, but Stripe is not active on this site. If and when Stripe is enabled, it may process payment credentials, contact and billing details, and transaction information such as the amount, date, order, refund, or dispute, along with information used to secure payments and help detect fraud. The information Stripe receives and the information made available to the Ministry will depend on the payment method and checkout integration. The Ministry may receive order details, payment status, and transaction records needed to fulfill orders, provide support, process refunds, and keep required records. Stripe handles personal information under its own Privacy Policy. Do not send payment-card or bank-account details through a Ministry form or email.
If you submit a review or comment on a page where that feature is available, the information you choose to post may be visible to other visitors. We will not publish an identifiable testimony submitted privately through a ministry form without your permission.
Information collected by the site
When you browse the site, the hosting service and website software may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, and security or error logs. WordPress and WooCommerce may use cookies or similar storage to support site functions such as account sessions, the shopping cart, checkout, and security. You can control cookies through your browser; disabling them may affect some site features.
The site includes or links to third-party services, including YouTube video content and Zoom meeting links. If you play an embedded video or follow an external link, that provider may collect information under its own privacy policy. We do not control those services.
How we use information
- To respond to messages, prayer-related inquiries, testimonies, event questions, invitations, and Academy registration requests.
- To manage accounts, book orders, delivery, customer support, and refunds if and when online purchasing is enabled.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and its ministry resources.
- To meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping requirements.
Submitting a contact form does not subscribe you to promotional email. If a mailing-list signup is offered, it is separate; you may unsubscribe using the instructions in the email or contact us.
When information is shared
We may share information with service providers who help operate the website, host its content, deliver messages, maintain WordPress or WooCommerce, fulfill physical book orders, or provide a payment service if one is enabled. These providers may process information on our behalf to provide their services. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the Ministry, visitors, or the public.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use private prayer requests or contact-form messages as public content. A testimony will be published only with your separate permission.
How long information is kept
We keep form messages and ministry correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain ministry records, and meet legal obligations. Order and accounting records, if any, may be kept for the period required by applicable law. Account information is kept while the account is active and may remain in records where needed for legitimate business or legal purposes.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you have provided, or to stop sending optional communications. Email nehemiahtroop@gmail.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line and enough information for us to locate your request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law requires or permits it. Rights and response times depend on the laws that apply to you.
Security and children
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no website or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. The site is not intended to collect personal information directly from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information may contact us to request its review or removal.
