Terms and Conditions
Effective date: October 3, 2026
These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of raenibankole.org and the ministry resources, forms, book listings, event information, and Academy information offered through it. The site is operated by Raeni Bankole Ministries Inc. (“the Ministry,” “we,” or “us”).
Mailing address: 1530 Primrose Park Rd, Sugar Hill, GA 30518, United States. Questions: nehemiahtroop@gmail.com.
Using the site
Use the site lawfully and respectfully. Do not interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, or use its forms to harass, impersonate, or harm others. Information you submit should be accurate and you should have authority to provide it.
Ministry resources and spiritual guidance
Teachings, prayer resources, courses, events, and other materials are provided for general spiritual, educational, and ministry purposes. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. No particular spiritual, health, financial, or personal outcome is promised. For professional needs, consult a qualified professional; in an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Books, orders, and checkout
We aim to describe books and other resources accurately. Prices, availability, format, and any delivery charge will be shown with the relevant listing or at checkout when purchasing is available. A displayed listing is not confirmation that an order has been accepted. An order is accepted only after the Ministry confirms it and any required payment has been successfully arranged.
The site currently displays a WooCommerce catalogue and checkout, but no online payment gateway is enabled as of the effective date. Online card or bank payment and online donation processing are not currently available. The Ministry plans to use Stripe for online payments, but Stripe is not active on this site. If and when Stripe is enabled, the payment method and checkout information needed to process a transaction may be provided to Stripe, whose processing is subject to its applicable terms and Privacy Policy. The information handled by Stripe and the Ministry will depend on the payment method and checkout integration. Do not send payment credentials by email or contact form. Available payment methods and any transaction details will be shown at checkout when online payment is activated.
Returns for eligible purchases are described in our Refunds and Returns Policy. If that page or the checkout provides item-specific terms, those terms apply to that purchase to the extent permitted by law.
Prayer, Academy, and events
Prayer meeting times, event details, speakers, and Academy offerings may change. A request or form submission is an inquiry and does not by itself confirm a place, event registration, or speaking engagement. Registration is confirmed only when the Ministry communicates acceptance and any applicable requirements. Any event-specific cancellation or access terms will be provided with the registration information.
Do not record, redistribute, sell, or publicly repost Ministry sessions or course materials unless the Ministry has given written permission or the material is clearly marked for that use. Please respect the privacy of people who participate in prayer meetings and events.
Donations
The Ministry’s Give Online page currently provides a way to ask for giving information; it does not process donations through an online payment gateway. The Ministry plans to use Stripe for online payments, but online giving through Stripe is not currently active. If and when online donations are enabled, gifts remain voluntary and are not purchases; any payment processing will be handled through the payment option shown at checkout. The Ministry has not confirmed tax-deductible status on this website. Do not assume a gift is deductible; contact the Ministry for written information before claiming any tax benefit. Donation correction requests are handled under the Refunds and Returns Policy.
Intellectual property and submitted content
Unless a page states otherwise, the Ministry’s text, teaching materials, graphics, videos, and branding are owned by or used with permission by the Ministry. You may view and share links for personal, noncommercial use. Do not copy, sell, modify, publicly perform, or distribute substantial parts of Ministry materials without written permission.
When you send a message, prayer request, or testimony, you allow the Ministry to use it to respond to that submission. That does not give the Ministry permission to publish an identifiable testimony; we will ask separately before doing so.
Third-party links and services
The site may link to services such as YouTube, Zoom, Amazon, social networks, or other external websites. Those services are operated by others and are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. The Ministry is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the site available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content. To the extent permitted by law, the Ministry is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable United States federal law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Any dispute will be handled by a court with jurisdiction in Georgia, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
Changes and contact
We may revise these Terms as the site’s offerings or legal requirements change. The date above will be updated when we do. Questions about these Terms may be sent to nehemiahtroop@gmail.com.
